摘 要:利用2种废旧轮胎胶粉改性基质沥青制得橡胶沥青(SK、PJ),考察了老化程度对橡胶沥青表观黏度的影响,并以表观黏度为参数建立了橡胶沥青老化动力学模型。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长或老化温度的升高,2种橡胶沥青的表观黏度均增大,且在同一老化时间下,橡胶沥青的表观黏度与老化温度基本呈线性增长关系;SK橡胶沥青比PJ橡胶沥青具有更好的抗老化性;橡胶沥青的老化遵循一级反应动力学方程,模型计算值与试验值吻合较好,说明模型与橡胶沥青老化的实际过程相符。The asphalt rubber ( SK, PJ) were pre- pared with two kinds of asphalt modified by waste tire rubber powder. Effect of aging degree on the ap- parent viscosity of asphalt rubber was investigated, and the aging kinetics model of asphalt rubber was established based on the apparent viscosity. The re- sults showed that the apparent viscosity of the two kinds of asphalt rubber increased with the increase of the aging time or the aging temperature, and there was a linear growth relationship between the appar- ent viscosity and aging temperature of asphalt rubberwhen the aging time was constant. Aging resistance of SK asphalt rubber was better than that of PJ as- phalt rubber. The aging of asphalt rubber followed the first order reaction kinetics equation. The calcu- lated values of the model were tally with the experi- mental ones, which indicated that the model was consistent with the actual process of asphalt rubber aging.
