吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的价值

摘　　要：目的观察高血压合并冠心病采用吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法分析2013年5月~2015年5月本院收治的88例高血压合并冠心病患者的临床资料,将其按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组。对照组患者给予硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,实验组患者给予吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为93.2%（41/44）,明显高于对照组的72.7%（32/44）,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组患者血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后两组患者血压均明显改善（P〈0.05）,且实验组优于对照组（P〈0.01）;两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（4.5%vs 6.8%,P〉0.05）。结论高血压合并冠心病采用吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗的效果显著,值得进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Indapamide combined with Amlodipine in treating hypertension complicated with coronary artery disease. Methods Data of 88 hypertension complicated with coronary artery disease patients from May 2013 to May 2015 of our hospital were analyzed.Patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table.Patients in control group were given Nifedipine Controlled Released Tablets,and patients in experimental group were given Indapamide combined with Amlodipine.The clinical treatment effect of two groups was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.2%（41/44）,which was obvious higher than that was 72.7%（32/44） in control group,and the difference was statistical significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the blood pressure level in two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the blood pressure in two groups improved obviously（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group was better than control group（P〈0.01）.The incidence rate of adverse effects between two groups had no statistical significance（4.5% vs 6.8%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using Indapamide combined with Amlodipine in treating hypertension complicated with coronary artery disease has obvious effects and is worth to study and popularize.
