基于接触角的烃油无水乳液的乳化剂选择

摘  要:测定了4种烃油的接触角,并用Span、Tween、AES和OP等表面活性剂的混合物将其乳化成无水乳液.结果表明,烃油的接触角与乳化剂的HLB值成线性关系,函数式为y=-7.95 x+222.41,相关系数r=-0.997 2.通过测定未知烃油的接触角,计算出乳化剂的HLB值,但该式不适用于大豆油和腰果油的乳化.按照同样的方法,得出植物油的接触角与乳化剂HLB值的线性关系,函数式为y=-13.55 x+169.52.The contact angles of 4 kinds of hydrocarbon oils were measured, and the oils were emulsified into anhydrous emulsions with mixtures of Span, Tween, AES, and OP. The result showed that, the contact angles of the oils are related linearly to the HLB values of the emulsifiers, and the formula is y = - 7.95x + 222.41 , correlation coefficient r = - 0. 997 2. The HLB value of an emulsifier for an unknown hydrocarbon oil in this study can be calculated based on measuring the contact angle of the oil. But the formula is not suitable for soybean oil and cashew oil. By the same method, the contact angles of the vegetable oils are related linearly to the HLB values of the e- mulsifiers, the function formulay = - 13.55x + 169. 52.
