摘　　要：自贸区发展不仅需要高层次复合型人才,也需要具有较宽泛知识面的基础技能人才,同时更应具备国际视野和服务意识,不仅需要人才的专业能力,也需要人才的团队合作精神、创新意识和综合素质。面对当前自贸区发展带来的人才需求问题,应加快地方高等本科院校教学改革,抓紧培养掌握专业实践技能的应用型专门人才;高等职业院校要发挥自身优势,为自贸区现代服务业输送高素质技能型人才;发挥政府的宏观指导作用,鼓励行业协会参与人才培养和供给,为自贸区发展不断输送高质量的人才。Free Trade Zones＇ development needs high-level inter-disciplinary talents, basic skilled talent with broad knowledge as well as personnels with global outlook and service awareness, which means that talents should be with professional competence, team work spirit, sense of innovation and comprehensive quality. The talent pool for Free Trade Zone development requires local colleges to make educational reform and cultivate specialized personnel with practical skills; vocational colleges to provide qualified skilled talents through giving full play to their advantages; government to encourage the industry assoeations to take part in the talent cultivation and supply.
