摘　　要：山钢集团莱芜钢铁新疆有限公司高炉炉缸应用SGL炭砖、铁口区域应用铜冷却壁和适当提高炉缸高度等措施,降低了炉前耐火材料的消耗,达到高炉长寿的目的,使风口小套的实际使用寿命比设计使用寿命延长了近5个月,每天铁口的出渣铁次数降低2、3炉,降低了炉前操作人员的劳动强度。The application of SGL carbon briek, using copper cooling stave in the BF taphole area and increasing the hearth height can reduce the consumption of BF refractories, and prolong the service life of BF. The actual service life of the tuyeres can be extended for about 5 months longer than the service life designed. The slag emissions and iron discharge via taphole were reduced 2 or 3 times a day. The iabor intensity of the furnace workers can be reduced.
