常用消毒剂对新发现腺病毒55型灭活效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察常用消毒剂对我国新发现的腺病毒55型的灭活效果。方法依照2002年版《消毒技术规范》进行病毒灭活试验。结果用含有效氯400 mg/L的次氯酸钠消毒剂作用20 min,600 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒剂作用20 min,含有效碘1 000 mg/L的碘伏溶液作用40 min,对腺病毒55型的灭活对数值均可达到4.00以上;而2 000 mg/L醋酸氯己定和2 000 mg/L苯扎氯铵,作用15 min,灭活对数值分别为2.02与1.65。用含有效氯600 mg/L的次氯酸钠作用20 min,800 mg/L过氧乙酸作用20 min,有效碘浓度为1 500 mg/L碘伏作用60 min条件下,可以完全灭活测试浓度的腺病毒。结论次氯酸钠、过氧乙酸和碘伏等高中效消毒剂可有效灭活腺病毒55型,而醋酸氯己定和苯扎氯铵等低效消毒剂不能完全灭话该病毒。Objective To observe virus inactivation efficacy of common disinfectants to adenovirus type 55 （AdV55） which is founded new in China. Methods Experimental procedure were designed by the Chinese Technical Standard of Disinfec- tion 2002. Results AdV55 can be inactivated with more than 4.00 log titre reduction, with 400 mg/L available chlorine of sodium hypochlorite in 20 min ,600 mg/L peracetic acid in 20 rain, 1 000 mg/L iodophor in 40 rain. AdV55 titre reduction was only 2.02 and 1.65 with the 2 000 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate and 2 000 mg/L benzalkonium chloride for 15 min. AdV55 can be completely inactivated with sodium hypochlorite of 600 mg/L available chlorine in 20 min,800 mg/L perace- tic acid in 20 min, 1 500 mg/L available iodine of iodophor in 40 min. Conclusion High - efficacy and intermediate - effi- cacy disinfectants of sodium hypochlorite, peracetie acid,iodophor are effective to AdV55, while low - efficacy disinfectants cannot completely inactivated AdV55.
