摘 要:目的探讨活动冲洗方法对不可拆卸硬式内镜持针器的清洗效果,从而建立此类手术器械有效的清洗方法。方法采用目测法、潜血实验法和ATP生物荧光法,对活动冲洗法清洗硬式内镜持针器的效果进行监测,并与传统清洗方法作平行比较。结果目测法监测活动冲洗法及固定式冲洗法,持针器清洗效果合格率均为100%。潜血实验法监测活动冲洗法清洗的持针器表面及内腔,清洗质量合格率分别为96.67%和86.67%;固定式冲洗法清洗的持针器表面及内腔,清洗质量合格率分别90.00%和33.33%。ATP生物荧光法监测活动冲洗法清洗的持针器表面及内腔,清洗质量合格率分别为93.33%和83.33%;固定式冲洗法清洗的持针器表面及内腔,清洗质量合格率分别83.33%和26.67%。结论采用活动冲洗法,可以有效提高不可拆卸硬式内镜持针器的清洗质量。Objective To explore the cleaning effects of two different cleaning methods on the non - removable rigid endo- scope needle holders,in order to establish the effective cleaning method for such surgical instruments. Methods The clean- ness of needle holders after mobile cleaning was inspected by visual inspection, occult blood test and ATP bioluminescence device, and compared with the traditional method. Results With the visual inspection, the pass rates of mobile and fixed cleaning methods were both 100%. In the occult blood tests ,the pass rate of external and internal surfaces of mobile clean- ing method were 96.67% and 86.67% respectively. The pass rates of external and internal surfaces of fixed cleaning meth- od were 90.00% and 33.33% respectively. With the ATP device, the pass rates of external and internal surfaces of mobile cleaning method were 93.33% and 83.33% respectively. The pass rates of external and internal surfaces of fixed cleaning method were 83.33% and 26.67% respectively. Conclusion The mobile flushing method can improve the cleaning quali- ty of non - removable needle holders.
