摘  要:目的了解一种以空气作为工作气体、大气压冷等离子体消毒器的性能。方法以不同染菌介质、采用载体定量杀灭试验进行实验研究。结果该消毒器对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用30 s、对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用3 min,杀灭率均达到100%;在存在有机物干扰情况下,对上述4种试验菌的作用时间需分别延长至1 min、45 s、1 min、10 min才能将其完全杀灭。不同的载体对等离子体杀菌效果有影响,纸片上的菌比布片上的菌易于杀灭。结论该消毒器杀菌效果好,使用便捷、安全无毒。Objective To know the property of atmospheric pressure cold plasma generated by a disinfector which using air as working gas. Methods Quantitative carrier germicidal test with different bacterial medium was adopted to carry out the test. Results The killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were all 100% after exposed to the cold plasma generated by the disinfector for 30 s. While the killing rate of Bacillus subtilis was 100% after exposed for 3 min. By using TSB as the influence factor of the organic substance, the four kinds of bacteria were all killed after exposed for 1 min,45 s,1 min,10 min respectively. The test showed that the different carrier could influence the germicidal effect, and the bacteria on the filter paper was easier to be killed than that on the cloth. Conclusion The disinfector had good ger- micidal effect. It also was safe and convenient to operate.
