摘  要:目的研究医院外科骨关节手术部位感染情况,以针对性地采取预防措施。方法采取目标性监测方法,对某综合医院外科住院实施骨关节手术患者术后手术切口感染情况进行监测与分析。结果该医院连续监测骨关节手术患者621例,发生术后切口感染4例,感染率为0.64%。Ⅰ类切口感染率0.66%,关节置换(深部组织)手术切口感染率1.16%。围术期抗菌药物使用率为60.06%,Ⅰ类切口预防性用药率57.62%。手术切口感染病原菌主要是革兰阳性球菌。结论该医院骨关节手术切口感染率较低,关节置换手术切口感染率较高,手术切口感染防控应实施手术全程质量管理,对危险指数高的手术采取预防措施。Objective To study the status of infection at surgical sites in bone and joint surgery in a certain general hospi- tal, so as to take preventive targeted measures. Methods Objective monitoring method was conducted to analyze infections at surgical sites in patients experienced bone and joint surgeries. Results Among 621 cases of patients monitored in suc- cession ,4 cases of postoperative surgical site infections occurred. The infection rate was 0.64%. The infection rates of type I incisions and joint replacement incisions were 0.66% and 1.16% respectively. The usage rate of antibiotics in periopera- tive period was 60.06%. The prophylactic usage rate of antibiotics for type I incisions was 57.62%. The main pathogenic bacteria causing surgical site infections was Gram - positive coccus. Conclusion The infection rate of incisions in bone and joint surgeries is low in this hospital. But the infection rate of incisions in joint replacement surgeries is still high. Whole operation quality management should be implemented for the prevention and control of surgical site infections and precau- tionary measures should be taken for operations with high risk indexes.
