上海市宝山区2010-2014年托幼机构消毒质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解上海市宝山区托幼机构消毒质量状况,为做好托幼机构内传染病防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对托幼机构消毒质量效果进行监测。结果 2010-2014年上海市宝山区托幼机构消毒质量监测合格率依次为98.89%、98.39%、97.91%、99.49%和97.36%;民办三级与非民办三级托幼机构消毒质量合格率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宝山区托幼机构消毒质量总体情况较好,非民办三级托幼机构消毒质量合格率明显好于民办三级托幼机构,提示民办三级托幼机构应加强消毒卫生工作。Objective To investigate the disinfection quality and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens of Shanghai Baoshan. Methods On - site investigation and sampling ex- amination were used to conduct continuous monitoring of the disinfection efficacy in nurseries and kindergartens of Shanghai Baoshan. Results The eligible rates during 2010 to 2014 of monitoring were 98.89 % ,98.39% ,97.91% ,99.49% and 97.36% successively. The difference of the eligible rates between private kindergartens of level three and the other nurseries and kindergartens was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The sanitary disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Shanghai Baoshan is good as a whole. The eligible rates of private kindergartens of level three were lower than the other nurseries and kindergartens, which reminding private kindergartens of level three of strengthening the work of disinfection.
