充气橡胶芯模在桥梁预应力空心板施工中的应用

摘　　要：以南安市石井镇贤林大道道路工程为例,对已施工的2座中桥的237片空心板采用了充气橡胶芯模技术,取得了良好的施工效果。对本工程中充气橡胶芯模施工工艺应用以及现场施工中出现的质量问题进行总结,并与其他2种常用芯模进行对比分析,为同类型的工程施工提供参考和借鉴。The project of Xianlin Avenue located in the town of Shijing in Nanan City,in which the inflated rubber formworks were applied in 237 pieces of hollow slabs of two medium-sized bridges,has proved the technology to be effective.The application of inflated rubber formworks and the problems occur in the construction process were summarized,and the comparison with two types of common internal formworks was conducted,providing reference for the construction of similar projects.
