摘 要:本文采用高速混合造粒-无压烧结方法制备了高铝土矿为主要原料的烧结高强陶粒,并采用XRD、SEM分析了烧成样品的物相结构和形貌,测定了不同软锰矿掺量的陶粒样品的性能指标,得出以下结论:由于锰离子在刚玉晶格中的有限固溶,促进了陶粒的烧结;掺加软锰矿可在较低温度下获得满足产品性能要求的高强陶粒,适宜的制备条件为:软锰矿添加量3%,煅烧温度1420℃;该条件下制备的高强陶粒表观密度为3.14g/cm3,体积密度1.82g/cm3,69MPa压力下破碎率仅为3.5%。升温速度与制样混合程度对烧成样品的晶体发育和表面熔蚀孔洞有较大的影响。High strength ceramsitewas prepared by using high-speed mixing granulation and pressureless sintering process for bauxite as the main raw materials.Through the phase structure and morphology analysis by XRD, SEM,and test of the performance index of the samples with different dosage of pyrolusite,the following conclusions were obtained: theceramic sintering was promote,because of manganese ion in corundum lattice of finite solid solution;high strength ceramsite to meet the requirements can be obtainedunder low temperaturebyadding pyrolusite.The preparation conditions for the pyrolusite dosage 3%,calcination temperature of 1420oC;under the conditions of high strength ceramsite by optic density of3.14g/cm3 bulk density of 1.82g/cm3,the broken rate at 69MPais only 3.5%.The heating rate and sample mixing degree have great influence on the crystal growth and surface corrosion pores.
