黄土丘陵沟壑区村镇区域协调发展研究——以甘肃省榆中县为例

摘　　要：以甘肃省榆中县为例,综合运用空间分析与数理统计方法,分析了2008和2012年榆中县村镇区域发展综合水平及其空间格局特征,测算了村镇区域协调发展程度,探讨了不同协调发展程度的村镇发展方向和途径。主要结论为:1)榆中县村镇区域发展水平和协调程度空间上均呈现"西高东低","中部高南北低"且南部略高于北部的格局;地域上呈中部川塬谷地区→南部二阴山区→北部黄土干旱山区递减的趋势。2)榆中县2008年村镇区域发展水平整体处于中等发展水平,2012年相比2008年整体有所提高,高发展水平村镇数有所增加,低发展水平村镇数有所减少。3)榆中县村镇综合发展协调度水平普遍偏低,约1/3的村镇处于非协调状态,2008—2012年榆中县村镇发展协调度整体有所提高。4)针对榆中县各村镇协调发展程度提出了相应的发展方向和途径。Based on the data of villages and towns in Yuzhong County in 2008 and 2012,this study analyzed the level and spatial characteristics of comprehensive development of villages and towns in Yuzhong County in 2008 and 2012,assessed their degree of coordinated development and discussed their directions and strategies by the methods of the spatial analysis and mathematical statistics.The main conclusions were as follows：1）The spatial characteristics of the comprehensive development and coordination development of villages and towns in Yuzhong County were＂west area〉east area＂,＂middle area〉south and north area＂and south area was slightly higher than that in north area.Moreover,the development level of villages and towns decreased gradually from the Central Mountainous Plateau Valley Area to the Southern Alpine Mountainous Area and the Northern Loess Arid Mountainous Area;2）On the whole,the development of villages and towns in Yuzhong County in 2008 was at medium level.Compared with 2008,it was increased on 2012 with more villages and towns at high level of development and fewer villages and towns at low level of development.3）In general,the coordination degree of development of villages and towns in Yuzhong County was low,one third of the villages and towns were in the state of non-coordination.However,the coordination degree was improved from 2008to2012;4）Researches on the actual development situations and conditions of villages and towns in Yuzhong County,provided scientific basis for rural construction and sustainable development of Yuzhong County and the developmentdirection and measures were put forwarded.
