摘  要:为给航空旅客提供更便捷的集疏运服务,减少交通阻塞造成的延误,最有效、可持续的方法是发展大运量、安全便捷的陆侧公共交通。为减少乘客利用机场公共交通进行换乘的等待时间,提高机场公共交通的优越性及利用率,本文在借鉴城市公共交通运营管理优化研究方法和部分理论的基础上,对于机场公共交通发车频率优化进行了研究。基于乘客满意度和公共交通的容量限制,提出以乘客等待时间和企业运营成本加权平均值最小为总体目标的发车间隔优化模型。以天津机场为实例,对模型进行求解,得到其最佳发车时间间隔。Air passenger transportation is becoming more and more large-scale and popular. To provide passengers more convenient transportation service, reduce waiting time caused by traffic jams, developing the large volume of land public transportation is effective and sustainable. In order to reduce the waiting time of passengers when passengers using public transportation at the airport, it is needed to raise the utilization ratio of airport public transport. This paper studies the airport public transport service frequency optimization ,which refers to the urban public transportation operation management optimization theory and methods. On the basis of passenger satisfaction and public transport capacity limits, the paper proposes the departure interval optimization model ,which depends on the minimum of the waiting time of passengers and the enterprise operation cost as the overall goal, and take tianjin Airport as an example to apply the model; get the best departure time interval.
