摘　　要：随着我国中医药卫生事业管理人才的潜在需求不断加大,中医药卫生事业管理硕士点建设的必要性越来越突出。目前,我国中医药卫生事业管理硕士点建设由于受重视程度不够、国家政策调整制约、学科方向分散、科研水平不高、学科团队力量薄弱、梯队结构不健全等原因,面临着硕士点设置数量少、招生规模小的困境。因此,必须加强学科建设,夯实师资队伍,凝练学科方向,提升科研能力和学术水平。With the increasing emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine health services of Chinese governments, the potential demand of traditional Chinese medicine health service personnel is increasing. The necessity of building master＇s degree authorization of Traditional Chinese medicine health management is more and more outstanding. At present, facing the dilemma of small number of master＇s degree authorization and small enrollment, master＇s degree authorization building of traditional Chinese medicine health management is restricted by some factors, such as insufficient attention, national policy adjustment, decentralized discipline direction, poor scientific research and weak team construction etc. Therefore, we should strengthen discipline construction, enhance teachers team, refine discipline clireetion, improue scientifoc ability and academic level.
