中药雾化熏蒸按摩结合中药内服治疗乳汁淤积期乳腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用中药雾化熏蒸按摩结合中药内服治疗乳汁淤积期乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法将320例乳汁淤积期乳腺炎产妇随机分成治疗组162例和对照组158例，治疗组采用中药雾化熏蒸按摩、中药内服治疗，对照组给予乳房热敷按摩、抗生素口服治疗。结果治疗组治疗后乳胀程度较对照组减轻明显，治疗组总有效率为94．5％，对照组为82.3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳汁淤积期乳腺炎患者采用中药雾化熏蒸按摩结合中药内服治疗更能减轻乳房胀痛，疗效佳，值得推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of Chinese medicine atomization fumigation massage combined with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of mastitis in galactostasis stage. Methods 320 cases of maternal mastitis in galactostasis stage were randomly divided into 162 cases in treatment group and 158 cases in control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine atomization fumigation massage and oral Chinese medicine, while patients in control group were treated with breast hot compress, breast massage, and oral antibiotics. Results The degree of breast swelling after treatment in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group; the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.5%, that of control group was 82.3%, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine atomization fumigation massage combined with oral Chinese medicine can reduce breast pain of patients with mastitis in galactostasis stage, with good effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
