五子散循经热敷对腰硬联合麻术后腰痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察五子散循经热敷对腰硬联合麻术后腰痛的临床疗效。方法将菟丝子、补骨脂、白芥子、吴茱萸、莱菔子各50g加粗盐250g混合加热至40％～60％，倒至布袋内，将药物布袋循经对腰部疼痛区域热敷20min，治疗腰硬联合麻术后腰痛患者60例。结果观察组有效37例，好转20例，无效3例，总有效率为95％，显著高于对照组（P=0．035）。结论五子散循经热敷腰部治疗骨科腰硬联合麻术后腰痛疗效满意，方法简单有效，安全可靠，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Wuzisan hot compress along meridians in lumbago after combined spinal epidural analgesia （CSEA）. Methods Each 50 grams of Chinese dodder seed, malaytea scurfpea fruit, white mustard, fructus evodiae, radish seed were mixed with 250 grams of coarse salt, heating to 40℃ -60℃, poured to a cloth bag. We implemented hot compress along meridians on waist pain area for 20 minutes for 60 cases of lumbago after CSEA with drug bag. Results There were 37 effective cases, 20 improved cases, 3 invalid cases in observation group, with the total effective rate of 95%, significantly higher than that in control group （P=0.035）. Conclusion Wuzisan hot compress along meridians in lumbago after CSEA has satisfied curative effect, which is a simple and effective method, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
