摘　　要：介绍了无水腿真空多圆盘过滤设备的基本结构、工作原理以及工艺流程;探讨了其关键技术,包括采用负压发生装置的真空发生系统和离心通引风机产生正压空气剥浆以及多段洗涤;对该类设备的优势特点进行了分析,并对其实践情况做简要介绍。Basic structure, working principle and technology of a multi-disc vacuum filter without water leg were introduced; the key technolo- gies, included the vacuum system without water leg, the washed pulp peeling off by blowing of centrifugal fan and multi-disc washing were dis- cussed; then the characteristics and advantages of the equipment were analyzed; finally its practical application was also briefly introduced.
