摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Fe-Ti O_2和分子筛负载型Fe-Ti O_2/HZSM-5光催化剂。采用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了光催化剂的表面形貌、晶相结构及化学键的变化。光催化实验结果表明,通过掺杂Fe提高了Ti O_2和Ti O_2/HZSM-5的光催化活性,Fe-Ti O_2和Fe-Ti O_2/HZSM-5中Fe/Ti的最佳掺杂比分别为0.000 5和0.000 7。Fe的引入不足以改变Ti O_2的表面形貌,铁离子的掺入并未影响Ti O_2的晶型结构,但是可以提高Ti O_2的晶型转变温度。掺杂Fe后Ti O_2与HZSM-5也没有发生明显的化学键合作用。Preparation and Characterization of HZSM-5 Supported Fe-doped TiO2 Photocatalyst WANG Kuanling, ZHANG Wenjie, DUAN Weiyu ( 1. Liaoning Provincial Supervision and Test Institute for Priducts Quality,Shenyang 110032, China) Abstract:Fe-TiO2 and HZSM-5 supported Fe-TiO2/HZSM-5 were prepared by a sol-gel method. The morphology, crystalline structure as well as the chemical bond variation of the prepared photoeatalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, respectively. Photocatalytic experimental results showed that doping of Fe3 + enhanced photocatalytic activity of TiO2 and TiO2/HZSM-5, and the optimum Fe/Ti mole ratios for TiO2 and TiOJHZSM-5 were 0.000 5 and 0.000 7, respectively. Doping of Fe3 + did not change the surface morphology of TiO2 or TiO2/HZSM-5. The erystallite structure of TiO2 was not affected after doping of Fe3+ ,but phase transition temperature of TiO2 was increased. Obvious chemical bonding between HZSM-5 and TiO2 was not observed after Fe doping.
