摘　　要：运用流程程序分析对某产品线圈骨架装配工艺流程进行记录,通过5W1H的方法对生产流程中存在的问题进行分析,运用ECRS改善原则对某产品线圈骨架装配工艺方法进行改进,改善后加工操作减少了5次,检查减少了2次,储存减少了1次,搬运距离缩短了2 260m,整个流程的工作时间减少了87 480min。By using flow process analysis, the bobbin assembly process flow of a product is recorded, the problems existing in the production process are analyzed using 5W1H method. Then, applying the ECRS principle, the bobbin assembly process is improved. The results show that the operation is decreased by 5 times, the check is decreased by 2 times, the storage was reduced by 1 time, and the carry distance is reduced by 2 260 m. Finally, the entire process of working time is reduced by 87 480 min.
