武汉市社区医疗发展现状及居民满意度调查研究

摘　　要：为了解武汉市社区医疗的居民满意度,文章抽样调查了武汉市310名居民对社区医疗服务的满意度状况。调查结果显示,武汉市社区居民对社区医院的"服务种类"与"便民服务"方面满意度较低。武汉市政府应增加社区医疗机构的服务种类,提供更加全面的便民服务措施。In order to understand the status quo of community medical service and the satisfaction of resi- dents in Wuhan, this paper adopted questionnaire survey. 310 community residents in Wuhan were investigated in it. The survey result showed that the community residents＂ satisfaction with the ＂service type＂ and ＂convenience services＂ of the community hospital were relatively low in Wuhan. Therefore, the Wuhan municipal government should appropriately increase the types of services for community medical institutions and provide more convenient service measures.
