山西省区域产业结构演变及其效益比较分析

摘　　要：利用1978—2014年数据,采用产业结构变动度、相对劳动生产率及产业结构偏离度,分析了山西11个地市的产业结构现状及效益,结果表明山西各地市产业结构变化显著,但产业结构层次低,与发达地区相比存在很大的差距。产业结构偏离度变化较明显,且各地市间差异较大,协调程度较低。三次产业间的结构效益低下,资源配置效率不高,产值结构与就业结构存在着严重的非对称性。Using the data from 1978 to 2014,this paper adopts industrial structure change, relative labor productivity and industrial structure deviation degree, analyzes the industrial structure situation and benefits of 11 cities in Shanxi, results show that industrial structure changes significantly in different cities of Shanxi Province, but the level of industrial structure is low, there is a big gap compared with developed areas. Industrial structure deviation degree change obviously, and the differences between various prefectures, coordination degree is low. Low efficiency among three industries structure, resource allocation efficiency is not high, production value structure and employment structure exist serious non symmetry.
