摘　　要：以某高校图书馆为例,整群抽取该馆女性馆员为研究对象,调查分析女性馆员内心存在的心理压力和来源,以及采取心理压力调适的方式,从女性馆员自我层面、家庭层面和组织管理层面来探讨针对女性馆员开展心理干预的措施和途径。This paper takes certain university library as an example, choosing all female librarians as the research objects with the method of cluster sampling, investigating and analyzing inner psychological pressure and sources of women librarians and the ways to adjust the psychological pressure. This paper talks about the measures and means to carry out psychological intervention of female librarians from self-level, family level and the level of organizational management.
