摘 要:比较不同基因型大白菜对低温冷害的响应,为黑龙江大白菜种植及耐低温品种选育提供依据。白菜幼苗生长至3叶1心时,转入人工气候箱中进行低温处理3天,对6个白菜品种进行生物产量及生理性状测定与分析。结果表明:低温胁迫条件下,6个供试品种生物产量及叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势。除‘新锉四号’外,其余5个大白菜品种的可溶性蛋白含量在低温处理下均高于常温对照。除‘抗病91-12’外,其余5个品种的过氧化物酶活性在低温处理下均高于常温对照。6个大白菜品种耐冷性能力依次为:‘新北京三号’>‘农学昌五小根’>‘牡丹江二号’>‘义和九号’>‘抗病91-12’>‘新锉四号’。因此,‘新北京三号’可作为耐冷性品种在黑龙江地区进行种植。In this paper, the different Chinese cabbage genotypes were compared to study the response to chilling damages. The results may provide some evidences for breeding cabbage with low temperature tolerancein Heilongjiang Province. Chinese cabbage seedlings at three-leaf stage were treated with low temperature inclimate chamber for 3 days. The physiological traits and biological yield were measured. In low temperaturecondition, the biological yield and chlorophyll content of the six varieties decreased. In addition, except‘Xincuo4', the soluble protein content of the other five Chinese cabbage varieties was higher than that of control. Except‘KB91-12', the POD activity of the other five varieties under low temperature treatment washigher than that of control. Considering the cold resistant ability of the cabbage varieties,‘New Beijing 3'was the best. Thus‘New Beijing 3'can be used as one of cold resistance varieties in Heilongjiang Province.
