摘 要:为了研究灭蝇胺在菜用大豆上的残留消解动态并对其进行安全评价,本研究采用液相色谱法及田间试验方法,研究了菜用大豆上灭蝇胺的残留量。试验表明:菜用大豆上灭蝇胺的原始残留量因不同施药方案有所差异,施用375 g a.i./hm2的原始残留量〉施用187.5 g a.i./hm2的原始残留量;间隔7天连续施用2次的原始残留量〉施用1次;残留消解动态符合一级动力学方程,半衰期(T1/2)为5.6~6.1天,T0.99为37.3~40.6天;在最终残留试验区,灭蝇胺按常规施药量(187.5 g a.i./hm2)及施药方法,施药1次与间隔7天连续施药2次,在末次施药后15天,最终残留量分别为0.132~0.194 mg/kg和0.156~0.202 mg/kg,产品符合GB 2763—2014规定的豆类的MRL(0.5 mg/kg)要求。In order to study the residue degradation dynamics of cyromazine on vegetable soybean and conduct its safety assessment, liquid chromatography and field test were applied to analyze the residue amount. Theresults showed that the initial residue amounts of cyromazine on vegetable soybean were different in differentpesticides application schemes. When the concentration was 375 g a.i./hm2, the initial residue amount washigher than that of 187.5 g a.i./hm2. When spraying cyromazine twice at 7 days interval, the initial residueamount was more than that of just one time spraying. The residue degradation dynamics of cyromazine onvegetable soybean was in conformity with the first-order kinetic equation, T1/2 was 5.6-6.1 d and T0.99 was 37.3-40.6 d. In the final residue test, cyromazine was sprayed for 187.5 g a.i./hm2 with the conventional method,spraying only one time and twice at 7 days interval, and after 15 days of the last application, the final residueamount of cyromazine was 0.132-0.194 mg/kg and 0.156-0.202 mg/kg, respectively, which could meet the requirement of MRL(0.5 mg/kg) in GB 2763—2014.
