摘 要:多微网系统由多个子微网构成,其控制策略较单微网系统更为复杂,针对多微网系统,提出了一种基于预测控制的多微网协调控制策略,根据微网的动态出力范围,考虑网损和负荷波动方差构建多目标优化函数,通过预测控制求得多微网协调因子的最优值,基于此最优值协调各微网之间的功率分配,从而维持整个微网电压和频率的稳定,并运用基于随机模拟的粒子群算法求解上层优化问题。仿真结果显示:基于多微网与电网合理的调度,可充分发挥微网"荷-源"双重特性的灵活调度,平滑负荷曲线并降低系统网损并可减轻负荷波动对电网影响以及可再生能源出力的不确定性。A multi-microgrid system consists of several microgrid systems,which requires more complex control strategy than a single microgrid system.The paper presents a coordination control strategy for multi-microgrid sys-tem.According to the situation that multi-microgrid connects to the distribution network,a scheme of joint dispatc-hing model of multi-microgrid and distribution network was introduced.Based on the dynamic output range of the microgrid,the distribution network loss and the load fluctuation were considered in upper objective function.The particle swarm optimization based on stochastic simulation was applied to solve the upper optimization problem.For the purpose of giving full play to microgrid energy management of micro power sources,this paper treated microgrid reserve constraint as a chance constraint which has considered the effect of uncertain random variables.Monte Carlo simulation particle swarm optimization was applied to solve lower level problem.The results demonstrate that the joint dispatching strategy for multi-microgrid and distribution network can reduce the network loss and smooth the load curve by using the dispatching flexibility of microgrid “source-load”characteristics.At the same time,this method can improve the utilization rate of renewable energy generation.
