摘　　要：澳大利亚的大学图书馆从研究信息存储、研究数据管理、研究信息开放获取、研究成果评估和研究人员支持五个方面开展学术研究支持工作，对我国大学图书馆开展相关工作具有重要的借鉴意义。我国大学图书馆可以从加大各大学研究支持工作的统一协调、扩展学术馆员的职责和自主性、注重学术研究影响的评估工作等方面进行探索。The university libraries in Australia have carried out academic research support from 5 aspects： research information storage, research data management, open access of research information, evaluation of research achievements and research personnel support. These work is of great important reference for domestic university libraries. Domestic university libraries should explore strengthening research support from the aspects of increasing coordination of all the libraries, expanding the responsibility and the autonomy of academic librarians, and evaluating the work of the academic research.
