摘 要:火炮在射击时方向机对其射击精度影响很大,方向机齿轮传动误差是方向机传动误差的主要来源。在全面考虑各种影响因素的前提下,本文综合分析了火炮方向机的齿轮传动误差。应用传统的齿轮传动理论计算齿轮间隙误差;考虑到各影响因素的随机性,用概率分析法计算总的静传动误差;对整个火炮方向机齿轮传动系建立三维有限元模型,用有限元分析法计算出因齿轮的扭转变形造成的传动误差。基于以上三种方法的综合法更加灵活的计算了火炮方向机齿轮传动误差,并用采样法得出了随载荷变化的齿轮传动误差变化曲线。不仅弥补了传统计算方法仅局限于确定性分析的不足,同时也提高了火炮方向机齿轮传动设计的效率。最后以实例计算验证了这种综合分析法的可行性。Traversing mechanism is very important for precision of gun shoot.The gear transmission error is the main source of transmission errors of the traversing mechanism.The gear transmission error of traversing mechanism of gun is analyzed comprehensively on the basis of considering various influencing factors.The traditional gear transmission theory is used to calculate for gear clearance error;the total static transmission error is calculated by probability analysis method with a view of randomness of various influencing factors;the 3D finite element model is developed for gear transmission system of whole gun traversing mechanism and the transmission error caused by gear torsion deformation is calculated by finite element analysis.The transmission error of the traversing mechanism is easily calculated by the integrated method based on above three methods,and the gear transmission error curve var-ied with load changing is obtained by sampling method.The integrated method not only makes -up the shortage of traditional calculation method in determinacy analysis but also improves efficiency of gear transmission design of traversing mechanism.Finally,the feasibility of the integrated method is verified by the example calculation.
