摘　　要：深刻描述法国大革命这一历史事件的著作《旧制度与大革命》对于我国现代化、法制化的建设具有重大的启示作用。通过对法国大革命这一伟大的人类斗争实践的深刻理解,来从中发现并总结对于社会主义法治国家建设有借鉴意义的内容。根据法律权威性这一重要内容在当时法国社会的地位与作用,来反思现代社会应该如何看待和重塑法律权威性,值得身处深化改革时期的我们研究与思考。Theworks of Old Regime and the French Revolution which describes the historical event of the French Revolution profoundly that is of the great inspiration to China modernization and legal system construction. Through a deep understanding of the French Revolution, the great struggle of human practice, it is to find out and to summarize the valuable contents for the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. According to the status and role of the legal authority at the time of the French Society to reflect on how to view and reshape the legal authority in a modern society, which is worthy of our research and thinking in the period of deepening reform.
