基于“肝为五脏之贼”论艾滋病的中医病机

摘　　要：多数医家认为HIV/AIDS常侵袭肾、脾、肺三脏,而对肝在本病发生发展过程中的作用重视不足。"肝为将军之官",肝气冲和条达,不致遏郁,则气血得畅,脏腑阴阳功能协调;相反,肝气虚衰,气血失和,变证迭起,诸病丛生,故"肝为五脏之贼"。本文通过辨析"肝为五脏之贼"的内涵,强调肝与其他四脏的生理、病理关系,从而为HIV/AIDS从肝论治提供理论依据,并总结相应方药供临床灵活选用。In most doctors’ opinion,HIV / AIDS usually invades kidney,spleen and lung,however,it ignores liver play an important role in the whole process of HIV / ADIS. Liver is the organ serving as general. Liver Qi is harmonious and unobstructed,then Qi and blood dredged,which is beneficial to the harmonious relationship between Zang-organ and Fu-organ as well as Yin and Yang. On the contrary,the declining liver function result in disordered Qi and blood,variable symptoms,constantly illness. Consequently,liver is the thief of five Zang-organs. This thesis differentiates and analyzes the inner meaning of ＂ liver is the thief of five Zang-organs＂,which emphasizes the physiological and pathological relationship between liver organ and the others. It provides theoretic evidence in the treatment of HIV / ADIS from the angle of liver,and it summarizes according proscriptions and medicines for clinic.
