消更散治疗抗雌激素药物所致乳腺癌患者类更年期综合征  

Clinical Research on Xiao Geng San in Treating Anti-estrogen Drug Similar to the Climacteric Syndrome by Breast Cancer Patients

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟消更散治疗抗雌激素药所致乳腺癌患者类更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组均使用三苯氧胺治疗,治疗组同时给予自拟消更散,对照组同时给予谷维素+维生素B6。治疗后采用改良Kupperman评分法和中医症状评分法进行疗效评分比较,并对雌激素水平进行对比监测。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%;对照组有效率为70.00%,两组比较,差异有统学计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者中医证候积分比较,差异有统学计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者雌激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟消更散治疗抗雌激素药所致的乳腺癌患者类更年期综合征具有显著的临床疗效,且对雌激素水平指数无显著影响,不会增加患者乳腺癌复发和转移的风险。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of self-made Xiao Geng San in treating anti-estrogen drug similar to the climacteric syndrome by breast cancer patients. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 30 cases. Two groups were treated by tamoxifen treatment,and the treatment group was given self-made Xiao Geng San,and the control group was given oryzanol and vitamin B6. Compared curative effect scores with modified Kupperman score and TCM symptoms score,and and the monitoring results of estrogen. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 93. 33%,and the control group was 70. 00%,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 01）;compared two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）;comparison of patients with estrogen levels in the two groups showed that the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：Self-made Xiao Geng San in the treatment of breast cancer patients with similar to the climacteric syndrome induced by anti estrogen drug syndrome has significant clinical efficacy. No significant effect on the estrogen level index,and don’ t increase the risk of recurrence and metastasis in patients with breast cancer.
