朱宗元教授论治干燥综合征

摘　　要：朱宗元教授认为干燥综合征是一种病因病机复杂的虚损性疾病,但不离"燥盛则干"四字,并结合长期临床经验提出"脾肾两虚,阴亏津耗,内外相因,燥盛而干"为本病的基本病因病机。本病发病具有两个显著特点:1女性多见,而且尤以育龄期和围绝经期妇女为甚;2老年人发病率较其他年龄段高。故临床治疗上宜补脾益肾,谨守病机;滋阴润燥,五行兼顾;活血解毒,以防病进;衷中参西,取长补短。朱教授治疗干燥综合征用药量少,配伍严禁,庞而不杂,切中病机,每获良效。Sjogren syndrome（ SS） is a complicated diseases due to deficiency according to Professor Zhu Zongyuan,who has rich experience in treating for it. During the clinical treatment,Professor Zhu values the important cause of ＂ being dry＂. He also proposes that basic pathogenesis of the disease is ＂ spleen and kidney deficiency,in which Yin and Jin are used to much＂. The disease has two significant characteristics：1 It commonly happens to women,especially in childbearing-ages and perimenopausal period;2incidence rate in the elders are higher than that in other age groups. Therefore,the TCM clinical treatment method of the disease should be improving the function of spleen and kidney,nourishing Yin,and combination of western medicine. Professor Zhu usually achieves good effect in treating for the disease.
