增液汤中梓醇含量测定

摘  要:目的:建立增液汤中梓醇含量测定方法,进行增液汤方剂质量标准研究。方法:采用高校液相色谱法,色谱柱Aichrom Bond-AQ C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-(体积分数)0.1%磷酸水(1∶99)为流动相;检测波长为210 nm;检测温度为25℃;流速为0.7 m L·min^(-1);理论塔板数以梓醇峰计不得低于1 500。结果:此方法梓醇对照品在0.208~2.080μg线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=236 445X^(-1)0 670,R^2=1.000 0。3批样品含量测定的结果,增液汤方剂中梓醇的含量均不少于0.80 mg·g^(-1)。结论:增液汤方剂中梓醇含量稳定,可能是其降低血糖的有效成分。Objective:To establish a determination method of catalpol content in Zengye Tang,for the quality standard research of it. Methods:High performance liquid hromatography;Aichrom Bond-AQ C18(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used and the mobile phase was cetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphori-cacid( 1 ∶99); The wavelength of detector was 210 nm; the column temperature was25 ℃ and the flow rate was 0. 7 m L·min-1;Theoretical plate of catalpa alcohol meter peak is not less than 1500. Results:Catalpol showed a good linearity at the range of 0. 208- 2. 080 μg. The regression equation was Y = 236445X-10670,R2= 1. 000 0.Results for the determination of three batch sample content,the content of catalpol in Zengye Tang are not less than 0. 80mg·g-1. Conclusion:The catalpol in the Zengye Tang prescription is stable contents,maybe is the active components of lowering blood sugar.
