颤压“腰五线”治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察颤压"腰五线"治疗腰椎间盘突出症(膨出型)的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用颤压"腰五线"治疗,对照组采用常规推拿方法治疗,连续治疗7次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)及腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores,JOA)。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分与治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组相比VAS评分下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后腰椎JOA评分与治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组相比JOA评分提高更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为97.67%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颤压"腰五线"治疗腰椎间盘突出症(膨出型)可明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且手法操作简便。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the fibrillation pressure ＂ lumbar line five＂ in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation（ bulge）. Methods：60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in the treatment group with fibrillation pressure ＂ lumbar line five＂,30 cases in the control group with conventional massage treatment,continuous for 7 times for a course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups after one course of treatment,before and after treatment in two groups of patients with pain visual analogue score（ VAS） and lumbar Japanese Orthopedic Association scores（ JOA） were compared. Results：After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment. The cure rate（ P 〈 0. 01）,effective rate of treatment group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The two groups after treatment JOA score significantly improved compared with before treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）. JOA score in the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97. 67%,better than 73. 33% of the control group,indicating the statistically significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Fibrillation pressure ＂ lumbar line five＂ in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation（ bulge） can apparently relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,and its manipulation is simple.
