髌骨环内固定系统治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用髌骨环内固定系统治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2009年1月—2014年3月笔者所在科利用髌骨环内固定系统选择性治疗髌骨骨折28例,均为闭合性髌骨骨折患者,其中横行骨折16例,粉碎性骨折12例,男23例,女5例;年龄27~63岁。结果 经6~24个月随访28例骨折均愈合,无固定钩松动、断裂,无皮肤刺激等并发症。根据Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评分标准：优24例,良4例,优良率100%。结论 髌骨环内固定系统对髌骨骨折固定牢固可靠,术后并发症低,有利于早期功能锻炼,是治疗髌骨骨折的一种可靠方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal fixation with patella rings for the treatment of patella fracture. Methods From January 2009 to March 2014,the 28 patients with patella fracture received selective treatment of internal fixation with patella rings in author＇s dept. All the patients were of closed patella fracture among whom 16 were of transverse fracture,and 12 were of comminuted fracture;23 male and 5 female;their age were from 27 to 63 years old. Results After follow-up of 6 months to 2 years,all the 28 patients with fracture healed. No complications,such as loosening or breaking of fixing hooks,or skin irritation were found. There was excellent response in 24 cases and good effect in 4 cases according to Bostman patellar fracture efficacy score system,thus the excellent and good rate were up to 100%. Conclusion Internal fixation with patella rings is solid and reliable for fixing patella fracture with less postoperative complications. It is conducive to early functional exercise,and is a reliable method for the treatment of patellar fracture.
