摘 要:【目的】筛选适用于西北地区猪用发酵床的最佳使用菌种,比较分析不同菌种配比对发酵效果的影响.【方法】以兰州当地的土著菌种、实验室保存的纤维分解菌群和购买的商业菌种为供试材料,共设7个处理,分别为:100%土著菌种(A1)、100%纤维分解菌群(A2)、100%商业菌种(A3)、30%土著菌种+70%纤维分解菌群(B1)、70%土著菌种+30%纤维分解菌群(B2)、50%土著菌种+50%纤维分解菌群(),不添加任何发酵菌种的处理组(CK).在模拟发酵床条件下,通过测定床体20cm处温度、垫料含水率、氨气浓度、硫化氢浓度、孔隙度等指标,选择最佳菌种配比.【结果】A3处理20cm处平均温度最高(36.23±2.24)℃,显著高于A2和CK处理(P<0.05),但与A1、B1、B2和B3处理差异不显著(P>0.05);B2、B3和A3处理氨气平均浓度相对较低;B1、B2和A3处理硫化氢平均浓度相对较低;A3处理垫料孔隙度平均值最高(87.91±0.91%),CK处理垫料含水率平均值最高(61.12±0.78)%,与其他处理差异不显著(P>0.05).【结论】B2、B3和A3处理发酵效果均较理想.[Objective]The effect of stain proportion on simulative fermenting was compared and ana- lyzed to select suitable strains for pig fermenting-bed in northwest China. [Method] Taking local indige- nous stains of Lanzhou, cellulose decomposition flora and commercial fermentative strains as material, 7 treatments were set including 100% indigenous strains (A1), 100% cellulose decomposition strains (A2), 100% commercial fermentative strains (A3), 30 % indigenous strains+ 70% cellulose decomposition strains (B1), 70% indigenous strains+ 30 % cellulose decomposition strains (B2), 50 indigenous strains + 50 cellulose decomposition strains (B3),and there is not strains (CK). Under the condition of simulative fer- menting-bed,best strains proportion was selected by measuring temperature at 20 cm deep of fermenting- bed,water content of bedding, NH3 concentration, H2S concentration and porosity. [Result] The average temperature at 20 cm deep of A3 was the highest (36.23±2.24)℃, significantly higher than that of A2 and CK(P〈0. 05),while the difference among A1 ,B1 ,B2 and B3 was not significant (P〉0.05). The NH3 concentration of 132,B3 and A3 were relatively low. The H2 S concentration of B1, B2 and A3 were relatively lower. The average porosity (87.91±0. 91)%of A3 was the highest (P〉0. 05) . The average bedding wa- ter content of CK (61.12±0. 78)% was the highest and insignificantly differed to other groups (P〉0. 05).[Conclusion] B2,B3 and A3 treatments were good for fermentation.
