摘 要:【目的】研究添加乙醇对脂肪酸甲酯-柴油混合燃料性能的影响.【方法】在一台单缸柴油机上对BD20(脂肪酸甲酯20%)、BD20E5(脂肪酸甲脂20%,乙醇5%)、BD20E10(脂肪酸甲脂20%,乙醇10%)3种燃料的燃烧和排放特性进行对比试验研究。【结果】与BD20相比,BD20E5,BD20E10的滞燃期要长.对于BD20燃料而言,低温放热发生的时间早,反应剧烈,聚集了大量热量从而越过了负温度系数区,迅速开启了高温放热;BD20E5和BD20E10 2种燃料的高温放热发生时间较晚;峰值压力和峰值放热率增加,但对应的曲轴转角相同.负荷特性下,BD20E10和BD20E5的CO排放在1500r时随着乙醇比例的增加分别降低49.3%和33.2%;碳烟分别降低47.1%和29.4%;NOx排放几乎相同,且总体均处于较低值;BD20E10和BD20E5的HC排放在1500r时相比BD20有所增加,并且随着转速的提高排放值呈现波动变化。【结论】添加乙醇可以改善脂肪酸甲脂柴油混合燃料的燃烧和排放特性.[Objective] This study is to investigate the influence of alcohol on the emission and combus- tion properties of fatty acid methyl ester diesel fuel blends. [Method] Using a single cylinder diesel,a com- parison test on emission and combustion properties of the three fuels including BD20(20~ volume fraction of acid methyl ester), BD20E5 (volume fraction of ethanol is 5 ~) and BE20E10 (volume fraction of ethanol was 10~ ) were studied. [Results] The ignition delay period of BD20E5 and BD20E10 was longer than that of BD20. The occurrence of low temperature exotherm of BD20 occurred earlier with drastic action, accu- mulated a lot of heat which exceeded the negative temperature coefficient(NTC) region and started heat re- lease immediately. The heat release of BD20E5 and BD20E10 occurred later and the peak pressure and peak heat release rate increased but the corresponding crank angle was the same. The CO emission of BD20E10 and BD20E5 reduce by 49.3% and 33.2% , respectively with the increase of alcohol proportion when the turbine speed was 1 500 r,the soot decreased by 47. 1% and 2 9.4%, respectively, NOx emission was almost the same while the general average level was low. Compared with BD20 ,the HC emission of BD20E10 and BD20E5 increased when the turbine speed was 1 500 r and fluctuated with the increase of turbine speed. [Conclusion] Alcohol used as an additive will improve the combustion and emission properties of the blen ded fuel.
