摘 要:在对煤矿综放工作面后部刮板输送机现用拉移装置使用效果和结构分析的基础上,提出一种新型拉移装置,使拉移装置拉移点和放顶煤液压支架后置拉移点的相对位置可根据工作面地势条件相应调节,有效防止后部中部槽在拉槽过程中飘槽和啃底现象。通过三维软件Solidworks对改进结构实体建模后,使用Solidworks/Simulation插件对改进结构受力情况进行了仿真验证,为后部拉移装置结构的改进提供了必要的仿真实验支持。On the grounds of the structural analysis and the application effect of the Rear scraper conveyor pull shift equipment,which activated in coal mine fully mechanized working face,a new pullshifting device was proposed. It makes the relative position of the pull shift means points and caving coal hydraulic support rear-pull point can be correspondingly adjusted according to the terrain conditions.this decive preventes the rear central groove floating groove and biting end during pulling the scraper effectively. The improved structure was established by the three-dimensional software-Solidworks. The new structure's strength of the performance was simulated by the module of the software Solidworks/Simulation, which provided a reliable experiment support for the new pull device.
