昆明城市空间结构发展的句法研究

摘　　要：利用空间句法轴线地图模型的整体集成度、局部集成度、可理解度三个关键参数,分别对昆明不同年代现状图和总体规划图进行定量分析,得出空间句法能够动态地体现空间结构演化过程、敏感地把握空间结构转变时刻、准确地预测城市发展方向及完整地呈现城市内部结构变迁的结论。通过与总体规划确定的规划重点和空间结构对比,句法分析能够找出1982年昆明空间规划存在违背发展趋势、1996年空间规划丧失昆明结构调整时机的问题,体现了空间句法在城市空间结构演变中显著的应用价值。根据空间句法对昆明城市空间结构发展的分析,对未来城市空间结构优化提出加强区域协调发展、推行多中心建设、体现历史文化名城特色和完善慢行交通体系的规划策略,引导城市空间结构可持续发展。Using three key parameters of overall integration level, partial integration level, and intelligibility in the space syntax axis model, this paper conducts quantitative analysis on Kunming＇s status quo maps and master plans in different stages respectively, and concludes that space syntax can dynamically reflect the evolution process of the spatial structure, sensitively grasp the transition time of the spatial structure, accurately predict the direction of urban development, and completely present the changes of the city＇s internal structure. By contrast with the emphases and spatial structures specified in the master plans of different stages, space syntax can be used to find the problems about Kunming＇s previous spatial planning. For instance, in 1982 the spatial planning of Kunming violated the development trend; in 1996 Kunming＇s spatial planning lost the opportunity of structural adjustment. Thus it can be seen that space syntax hasgreat application values in the evolvement of urban spatial structure. Using space syntax to analyze the development of Kunming＇s spatial structure, the paper proposes some planning strategies to optimize the future spatial structure, including strengthening the coordinated regional development, implementing the multi-center construction, highlighting the characteristics of historic and cultural city, and improving the slow traffic system, so as to guide the sustainable development of urban spatial structure.
