基于多元主体参与的美丽乡村更新模式研究--以浙江省乐清市下山头村为例

摘　　要：美丽乡村建设中各主体之间存在利益关系,自上而下的村庄规划建设模式下出现利益失衡问题。提出构建一个多元主体参与的美丽乡村有机更新模式,作为平衡多方利益的方法;阐述多元主体的含义和结构关系,构建多元主体在规划编制阶段和实施阶段的参与机制,并以浙江省乐清市下山头村为例,阐明多元主体参与下美丽乡村有机更新的成效。Interest relationships exist among different stockholders in the beautiful countryside construction and the top-down village renewal mode may lead to imbalanced interests. Therefore, this article proposes an organic village renewal mode based on the participation of plural groups, as the method to balance interests. It elaborates the plural groups and their structural relationships, and develops the participation mechanism in the planning compilation stage and the implementation stage. With Xiashantou Village as an example, it shows the effect of this organic renewal mode of beautiful countryside in practice.
