摘 要:针对电力电缆测温不便、巡检效率低、数据管理水平不高等不足,开发一种电力电缆智能温度巡检系统。系统由非接触式温度采集装置、智能终端、巡检数据管理平台三部分组成。温度采集装置基于Arduino单片机开发,采用MLX90614红外温度传感器实现非接触式测温,可同时采集目标温度与环境温度,采用蓝牙通信协议将温度信息自动发送至智能终端。基于Android移动平台开发智能终端,具备3G通信和GPS定位授时功能,实现温度与GPS信息的整合,并为巡检人员提供巡检线路导航。基于配电网地理信息系统(GIS),构建了巡检数据管理系统。In order to solve the problems of power cable such as inconvenience of temperature measurement,low inspection efficiency,lack of data management,a power cables intelligent temperature inspection is designed. The system consists of non-contact temperature measurement devices,intelligent terminal,and inspection data management platform. Based on Arduino microcontroller,a temperature measurement devices is developed. MLX90614 infrared temperature sensors is used in non-contact temperature measurement, acquisition target temperature and ambient temperature. Temperature information is automatically transmitted to the intelligent terminal by bluetooth communication protocol. Based on Android mobile platform,smart terminal is developed with 3G communications and GPS positioning timing functions. It can achieve the integration of temperature and GPS information,and provide for the inspection personnel inspection line navigation. By GIS-based distribution network system,inspection data management system is also built.
