摘　　要：针对目前基于GPRS的油罐车电子签封系统存在的信号缺失、漂移以及操作繁琐等问题,设计了一种基于WiFi的油罐车区域定位电子签封系统。重点介绍了总体设计思想以及软硬件实现方案。系统硬件以内置WiFi的MCU芯片CC3200为核心,实现电子签封系统与油库或加油站WiFi的连接和油罐车进、出油阀门的无线控制;同时结合GRPS、GPS和多种传感器实现车辆在途轨迹、车辆状态监测。最终实现"在指定的区域、由授权人员开关油罐车电子签封"以及对油罐车全程监控的目的,杜绝了油品的盗窃等非法行为,方便了系统对油品的监管。The present electronic seal system is based on GPRS,and has some problems such as the signal loss or drift of GPRS,and difficult in use. This paper designs a regional positioning electronic seal system for oil tank truck based on Wi Fi. It mainly introduces the design idea and implementation scheme of software and hardware. It realized the Wi Fi connection between the electronic seal system and the oil depot and gas station,the wireless control of the oil valve,the monitoring of the transit path and the state of the vehicle combined with GPRS,GPS and a variety of sensors based on CC3200 with built-in Wi Fi MCU chip which is the core of the system hardware. At last,it achieves the aim of＂switching the electronic seal by the authorized person in the designated area＂and the total monitoring of oil tank truck which can prevent the theft of oil and other illegal acts,and facilitate system supervision.
