摘　　要：系统梳理了我国港口物流园区的发展历程与现状,从港口等级、市场需求与货源供给结构、区域集疏运水平、周边港口与物流园区竞争、港口城市发展水平等方面,对我国港口物流园区定位的影响因素进行分析,提出我国港口物流园区的定位,为其发展提供有益的参考。In this paper, we went over systematically the development course and status of the port logistics parks in China, then introduced the factors influencing the positioning of the parks on the aspects of port level, market demand and cargo source and supply structure, regional cargo consolidation and distribution level, competition with surrounding ports and logistics parks, and development level of the port-side cities, etc., and at the end, proposed the positioning of the port logistics parks in China.
