摘　　要：目的了解暗娼HIV感染状况，评价暗娼干预效果。方法以暗娼指纹为个体关联，在首次横断面调查后每隔6个月对既往HIV抗体阴性暗娼进行随访调查。结果首次调查暗娼898人，1～3次随访率分别为28．2％、22．9％、12．5％。0～3次随访暗娼年龄、场所档次、婚姻状况、文化程度、首次性行为时间、每天接客数量差异均有统计学意义；艾滋病知识知晓率分别为89唐智89.8％、91．3％、97.3％、96．4％，最近一次安全套使用率分别为94．8％、94．1％、92．2％、93．8％，差异均无统计学意义。首次调查暗娼HIV抗体阳性率为1．1％，随访暗娟每人年HIV发病密度为4．0‰。结论暗娼干预工作取得了一定效果，需进一步完善干预策略和方法。Objective To investigate the status of HIV infection in female sex workers （ FSWs } so as to evaluate the intervention effect among them. Methods Based on the FSWs＇ fingerprints for individual association, the previous HIV antibody negative FSWs were followed-up every 6 months after the first cross-sectional survey. Results Eight hundred and ninety-eight FSWs were surveyed in the first cross-sectional survey, and once, twice and three times follow-up rates of the FSWs were 28.2%, 22. 9% and 12.5% respectively. Zero to three times follow-ups showed that there were statistically significant differences in the age, entertainment place levels, marital status, education degree, first time of sexual behavior and the number of entertaining guests every day among the FSWs. The awareness rates of AIDS-related knowledge were 89.8%, 91.3%, 97.3% and 96.4% respectively. The last time condom use rates were 94.8%, 94.1%, 92.2% and 93.8% respectively, without statistically significant difference. The HIV antibody positive rate of the FSWs in the first survey was 1.1%. The HIV incidence density of the FSWs in the follow-ups was 4.0‰ each person/year. Conclusions FSWs intervention achieves certain effects, but it is still necessary to improve the intervention strategies and methods.
