老年精神疾病病人便秘综合护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨便秘综合护理缓解老年精神疾病病人便秘的效果。方法对227例住院治疗的老年精神疾病病人进行筛查,将便秘者105例随机分为2组。试验组53例采用便秘综合护理模式促排便,对照组52例采用药物通便,比较两组通便效果及不良反应。结果老年精神疾病病人便秘发生率为46.26%。试验组有效51例,有效率96.23%;对照组有效50例,有效率96.16%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。试验组无1例出现腹痛、腹泻,2例大便重复结干;对照组出现腹痛21例、腹泻14例,39例停药后再次便秘,两组不良反应比较差异有显著性（χ2=16.464~55.948,P〈0.01）。结论老年精神疾病病人便秘发生率高,便秘综合护理疗效与传统药物干预相似,几乎无不良反应,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of constipation comprehensive nursing model （CCNM） on constipation in elderly psychiatric patients. Methods A screening was done in 227 elderly patients with mental diseases hospitalized for treat- ment, of whom,105 who had constipation were divided into two groups as treatment group （n=53） and control group （n = 52）. The patients in the treatment group were offered CCNM to promote defecation, and those in the control group received laxatives. The efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of constipation in the patients of this study was 46.26%. The effectiveness was noted in 51 （96.23%） patients in the treatment group, and that in the control group was 50 （ 96.16 % ） patients, the difference was not statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. No adverse reactions, such as abdomi- nal pain or diarrhea were found in the treatment group, and dry stool repeated later in two cases. In the control group, 21 patients had abdominal pain, 41 had diarrhea. Constipation recurred in 39 patients after discontinuing medication. The difference between the two group was significant （Z2 =216.464--55.948,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The prevalence of constipation in the elderly psy- chiatric patients is high. The curative effect of constipation comprehensive nursing model is similar to the conventional drug thera- py, with almost no any adverse reactions, which is worthy to be generalized.
