甲病临床特征及其影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的探讨甲病病人的甲损害临床特征及伴发疾病。方法 2014年8月—2015年6月,选择皮肤科门诊作为调查点,对所有就诊的甲病病人,由皮肤科医生检查并填写问卷,将所获得的资料录入WPS表格软件系统进行统计分析。结果共填写调查问卷131份,资料完整的问卷126份,男女比例1∶1.3。在甲病的临床表现中,以甲肥厚最为多见(33.3%)。病情加重有明显诱发因素者占52.4%,其中外伤(54.5%)为主要诱发因素。76.2%的病人生活质量受到不同程度影响。结论甲病的主要诱发因素为外伤,甲肥厚是最常见的甲病表现,手足癣是最常见的伴发疾病。多数甲病病人的生活质量受到不同程度的影响。Objective To explore the clinical features of nail damage and accompanying diseasea in patients with nail di sease. Methods From August 2014 to june 2015, an investigation of nail disease took place in department of dermatology. Patients who came to doctor＇s office visiting for nail disease were examined and filled in a questionnaire by a dermatologist. The data collected were entered into the WPS software system for statistical analysis. Results A total of 131 forms were filled in, of which, 126 had complete information. The male to female ratio was 1 ： 1.3. In clinical manifestations of nail disease, onyehauxis was the most common, accounting for 33.3%. Those aggravated caused by obviously induced factors accounted for 52.4%, of which, trauma was the main causative factor. The quality of life was affected by different degrees in 96 （76.2%） patients. Conelusion The main causative factor of nail disease is external injury, onychauxis being the most common manifestation of it. Quality of life in most patients is affected by different degrees.
