摘　　要：目的 探讨国产泪道激光机治疗泪道阻塞的临床价值。方法 采用国产Nd:YAG汨道激光机治疗各种原因所致的泪道阻塞134例 148眼。结果 148眼中,治愈(溢泪症状消失,泪道冲洗通畅)113眼占76.4％;好转(溢泪症状减轻,泪道冲洗通而不畅)8眼占5.4％;无效27眼占18.2％失败病例为慢性泪夔炎19眼,单纯性鼻泪管阻塞3眼,泪小管阻塞5眼,其中3眼形成假道。结论 国产Nd:YAC激光治疗泪道阻塞具有操作简便,组织损伤小,极少出血等优点 尤其是泪小管阻塞,传统的各种手术方法操作难度大,成功率低,而激光治疗相对简便,在表麻下完成,且治愈率也较高 但慢性泪囊炎行激光治疗效果不理想。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Nd: YAG laser (made in China) in treatment of tear duct blockage. Methods Na:YAG laser was applied to treat 148 eyes (134 patients) with tear duet blockage from various causes. Results Among the 148 eyes. 113 (76.4%) were cured, in which epiphora disappeared and tear duel was unobstructed: 8 (5.4%) improved, in which epiphora turned better and tear duct remained partially blocked; 27 (18.2) failed, among which 19 resulted from chronic dacncystilis, 3 from simple obstruction of naso-laerimal duct and 5 from obstruction of lacrimal canalicnlus. Conclusion In treatment of tear duet blockage. Xd: Y'AG laser is superior to traditional surgical treatment in that it is simple to operate, causes less damage and almost no bleeding. However, its effect is not satisfactory for chronic dacrvevstitis.
