摘 要:水布垭水电站由于地质条件和布置空间等因素,大电流封闭母线采用了超长、高垂直的布置方案,垂直段长达118m,在国内是首次应用。母线在实际运行中由于存在着电阻损耗而发热,热量如不能及时散失,将使母线温度升高,甚至超过允许温度,从而影响母线的工作性能。为了保证垂直布置的全连式封闭母线工作的安全性和可靠性,需对其自然通风条件下散热问题进行热分析。我们针对垂直布置的母线进行了详细分析,建立了垂直布置的母线的自然通风条件下传热模型,确定了计算母线壳体温度和导体温度的数值计算方法,并根据所得结果提出了在工程应用中可采用的自然通风条件下垂直布置的母线散热和通风方案。Due to its geological conditions and layout space, the heavy current enclosed bus for the Shuibuya Hydropower Station adopts the alternative of superlong, high vertical layout, with the vertical section of 118 m long, which is firstly used at home. The bus produces heat in operation because of their resistance loss, which is disadvantageous for bus. In order to improve their reliability and security, it is necessary to put up their thermal analysis under natural ventilation. In this paper the heat dissipation of the vertical enclosed bus is analyzed in detail and the thermal model is also founded. The temperature of the bus under natural ventilation is computed by numerical calculation. At last, the heat dissipation and ventilating project is presented on the basis of analysis.
