论新常态下我国综合档案馆职能的完善

摘　　要：新常态对档案馆提出了提高行政效率、关注传统文化、促进政务信息公开等一系列要求。在适应新常态的过程中,我国各级综合档案馆相对过去虽已呈现出更加开放、更为亲民等转变趋势,但其依然面临着缺乏统一的职能实现模式、民生档案收集难、社会认同度偏低等问题。因此,档案馆应当利用好"同城化""众创空间""互联网+"等机遇,进一步完善自身职能。Nowadays, many demands have been made by the New Normal on archival work, such as improving administrative efficiency, focusing on national culture, promoting administrative information public and so on. Although in the background of the New Normal our national comprehensive archives have been more exoteric than before, they still face many problems such as shortages of unified function pattern, difficulties of livelihood archives collection, low social identity. Archives should grasp the opportunities of ＂Urban Integration＂＂Maker Space＂＂Internet＋＂to improve their functions.
