腹部外伤术后肠胃功能恢复情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部外伤术后肠胃功能的恢复情况。方法选择2014年5月-2015年5月收治的110例接受腹部外科手术的胃肠功能障碍患者,按照不同的治疗方法,将其随机平均分为两组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予综合治疗,比较两组患者临床总有效率,并对两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间,肛门排气时间及肠蠕动恢复时间进行比较分析。结果试验组患者临床总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的85.5%（P〈0.05）,试验组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间,肛门排气时间及肠蠕动恢复时间分别为（18.9±3.2）h,（33.9±2.9）h和（18.7±4.1）h,明显少于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论临床综合治疗较单纯常规治疗更易使腹部外伤术后胃肠功能障碍患者恢复胃肠功能,其治疗安全性高、痛苦少,可有效提高临床总有效率,是术后胃肠功能康复的首选治疗方式。Objective To investigate the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal trauma. Methods In our hospital in May 2014 - 2015 year in May 110 cases underwent abdominal surgery in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction,according to the different treatment methods,which were randomly divided into two groups,the control group patients were given routine treatment,patients in experimental group received comprehensive treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical total effective rate,and two groups of patients with bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time and recovery time of intestinal peristalsis were compared. Results The test group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 100%,significantly higher than the control group,experimental group 85. 5%（ P〈0. 05） with the time of borborygmus,anal exhaust time and recovery time of intestinal peristalsis were（ 18. 9 ± 3. 2） h,（ 33. 9 ± 2. 9） h and（ 18. 7 ± 4. 1） h,significantly less than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical comprehensive treatment Healing is a simple routine treatment make it easier for abdominal trauma patients after gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with the restoration of gastrointestinal function,the treatment of high safety,less pain,can effectively improve the clinical total effective rate is postoperative gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation treatment of choice.
